The ship arrived in to Constanta Shipyard on 26.07.2011 and repair works were finished on 13.08.2011 August.

Main repair works:

• External hull treatment: total area of 25,134 sqm, HPFW washing, SA1 & SA2 grit blasting, air blowing, T/U & F/C multiple coats painting, including application of silicone paint, process  that involves special procedures for application, cleaning and protection of exposed equipments located on the hull (ICCP, anodes, Speed Log, Eco sounder);
• Slop tank treatment (internal & external): grit blasting SA2, degreasing, 2 coat painting);
• Regular dry dock works: sea valves, anchors / chains, sea chests, tail shaft wear down and rudder clearences mesurements;
• Integration of an additional slop tank (all materials being owner’s supply);
• Soft steel works: supports, foundations;
• Piping works: 160 rm;
• Various mechanical & electrical works: maneuver winch, pumps, electric motors, fans.
